A CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) class is an interactive and comprehensive training program designed to equip participants with the fundamental knowledge and skills required to effectively implement Scrum practices in Agile project management. Led by Danko, a certified Scrum Trainer from 2008 that trained around 25,000 students, the class covers key concepts of Scrum, including its principles, accountabilities  (such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Developers), events (such as Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective), and artifacts (like the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Increment).

Participants engage in hands-on activities, group discussions, and case studies that simulate real-world scenarios to deepen their understanding of Scrum principles. The class aims to foster collaboration, communication, and adaptability within teams, focusing on creating a flexible framework for iterative and incremental development.

The class is being taught in a very unique way that focused on informality, humour and a lot of interactions, breakout room activities, scrum competitions while embedding the material on the workshop itself (walk the talk) causing the students to learn Scrum in a Scrum environment causing the workshop to be very efficient with proven results as high scores in the exam and numerous tools to use as a Scrum master .

By the end of the CSM class, attendees are prepared to take the CSM certification exam, demonstrating their proficiency in Scrum and their ability to lead and support Scrum teams in their pursuit of delivering high-quality products efficiently and responsively.
